Anthony J. Enea, Esq. is the managing member of the
firm of Enea, Scanlan & Sirignano, LLP of White
Plains, New York with a second office in Somers,
New York.
Anthony is the President of the Westchester County
Bar Foundation and a Past President of the Westchester
County Bar Association. He is Vice-President of the
Columbian Lawyers Association of Westchester
County, Inc..
Anthony is a Past Chair of the Elder Law Section of
the New York State Bar Association and is a Past President and a Founding Member of the New
York Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He is also a member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners of NAELA and is certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, as accredited by the American Bar Association. He is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell and has received designations as a Super Lawyer, Top 25 Super Lawyer in Westchester County, and Best Lawyer in Elder Law and Trusts and Estates for many consecutive years. He is also the recipient of the Above the Bar Award for Elder Law in Westchester County.
Anthony concentrates his practice on Elder Law, Asset Protection Planning, Guardianships,
Medicaid Planning and Applications (Home care and nursing home), Special Needs Planning and Wills, Trusts and Estates. He is fluent in Italian.
