Open Networking and cash bar begins at 6:00PM in the conference room in rear of restaurant overlooking the lake, followed by, announcements, “a word from our sponsor”, “news and information” segment, dinner and featured presentation.
There is no charge for chapter members and a $55.00 charge for guests.

Our featured speaker will be Christopher J. Aventuro, Esq. from Keane & Beane P.C. (www.kblaw.com).
Christopher’s presentation will address what professionals can do to prevent dissension, manipulation and abuse involving the elderly or impaired, either from within a family or by outsiders. Estate Planning Council Members will learn guidelines for protecting the vulnerable in three areas: (a) advance planning; (b) monitor for earlier warning signs of decline and abuse; and (c) rectifying abuse. Mr. Aventuro will share cases that illustrate elements and implications of strong and poor planning.
